Who is the worst father in the world?

I would imagine a baby-killer.  "I don't want you to live.  Die, die, die!"  That's the worst father, in my book.  Rae Carruth, maybe.

But the Daily Mail has a different celebrity in mind, a Hollywood celebrity.  Who would you guess is the worst dad?

(Hint:  one of his babies is a famous screamer).
