Drone Strikes and War Crimes
In 2007, the FBI noted that Hamas had adapted a "double tap" strategy in bombing Israel. You send in a missile, wait several hours for rescuers, and then send in another missile.
Many people deem this a war crime.
The United States has apparently adopted the "double tap" strategy for drone strikes in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
