The Bankruptcy of Detroit

It's the largest municipal bankruptcy in the history of the U.S.A. 

And it will happen again and again and again.

But the Motor City's bankruptcy was special.

The Choom Gang was supposed to have saved it with the GM bailout.

Next to having to delay ChoomCare, the biggest embarrassment they could have.
